Job description
**Job Title: HVAC Technician**
This position encompasses diagnosing and fixing HVAC systems on-site while adhering to the quality benchmarks set forth at the Olathe facility. The individual will serve as a technical point of contact between the production staff and clients to address quality challenges and mitigate future product breakdowns. Applicants should hold either an associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or possess 8-10 years of pertinent experience, particularly in HVAC service. Essential qualifications include robust troubleshooting capabilities, willingness to travel 50-75% of the time, and familiarity with safety protocols in manufacturing environments.
