Job description
The Management Engineer plays a key role in enhancing performance management and improvement initiatives throughout community campuses by establishing labor standards and productivity frameworks. This position involves assisting hospital leadership with operational and decision-making support, effectively transforming data into strategic operational insights. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar discipline, with a Master’s degree preferred. A relevant experience of 4 to 6 years is necessary, depending on the specific level for the role.
