Job description
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for refining production processes, improving product quality, and spearheading continuous improvement efforts through lean principles. This role involves working closely with various teams to oversee equipment enhancements, the integration of automation technologies, and the rollout of new products. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, along with demonstrated experience in a high-volume production setting. Essential skills include proficiency in CAD software, CNC/CAM programming, and knowledge of industrial automation systems, as well as an understanding of ISO 9001 standards.
