This role involves working closely with various teams to oversee equipment enhancements, the integration of automation technologies, and the rollout of new products. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, along with demonstrated experience in a high-volume production setting. Essential skills include proficiency in CAD software, CNC/CAM programming, and knowledge of industrial automation systems, as well as an understanding of ISO 9001 standards.
