Job Summary
A Field Service Technician at InnoServ is a skilled professional responsible for delivering exceptional service in maintaining and repairing equipment. This role encompasses both preventive maintenance and emergency repair tasks, ensuring equipment functions optimally and meets client needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on various equipment to ensure reliability and longevity.
- Execute timely emergency repairs to minimize downtime for clients.
- Provide professional support and expertise to customers, addressing any technical issues that arise.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
