Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician to become part of our team in San Francisco, California. This onsite position plays a crucial role in enhancing our customer service and ensuring that we deliver premium quality in our services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct installations and perform maintenance on relevant systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Ensure adherence to service standards and quality expectations.
- Manage inventory of equipment and parts effectively.
- Work schedule will involve Wednesday through Saturday or Sunday through midweek days.
