Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for customers.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to field service.

- Document service requests and maintain equipment records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field service or
- At least 1 year of IT technical support experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
