Job Summary
The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for overseeing quality and reliability benchmarks for OEM networking equipment, while enhancing supplier performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves close collaboration with hardware engineering and operations teams to uphold product requirements, perform audits, and address any field quality challenges that may arise.

- Experience in technical initiatives related to failure analysis is essential.
