Job Summary
Turbo Technicians is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our expanding team in Portland, Oregon. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in field service roles or the restaurant industry, particularly those who are adept at performing preventive maintenance and cleaning of coffee and espresso machines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine cleaning of coffee and espresso machines.
- Collaborate with internal dispatch, management, warehouse, and fellow technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with coffee and espresso equipment on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in field service or related roles, particularly within the restaurant sector.
- Knowledge of coffee and espresso machine operation and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with customers effectively.
