Job description
**Job Title: Road Mechanic**
The Road Mechanic is responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, and executing complex repairs on diverse equipment at customer locations. This role focuses on ensuring that all machinery is serviced in a safe and efficient manner to reduce any potential downtime. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma or GED, and while trade school training is preferred, 1-2 years of experience in mechanics is also advantageous. A valid driver’s license along with a satisfactory driving record is essential, and there may be CDL requirements based on the geographical area.
