**Job Title: Lead Technical Due Diligence Specialist**
Oversee the technical due diligence process for hyperscale data center locations, focusing on power availability, land suitability, and utility limitations. Coordinate assessments of risk, budget, and timelines, serving as the main liaison for clients throughout the transaction process. Applicants should have at least 10 years of pertinent experience in data center development or intricate technical facility initiatives. Strong program management abilities and a deep understanding of construction agreements and technical specifications are essential for this role.
