Provide technical support to production, technical service, quality assurance, and engineering teams, resolving process issues and improving product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and cost. Maintain production documentation, support tooling and automation, investigate defects and returns, assist with prototypes and validation, and contribute to quality-system compliance and productivity goals. A bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, systems engineering, or a related technical discipline is required, along with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Candidates should bring analytical problem-solving ability, hands-on experimental experience, knowledge of manufacturing and lean principles, and familiarity with design, testing, tolerance analysis, and ideally automation, robotics, or PLC programming.
