Job Summary
The position is for a proactive and skilled Field Service Technician who will be responsible for providing support for Rivian vehicles during the night shift. This role is focused on hands-on engagement, combining technical expertise with logistical coordination.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on support for Rivian vehicles, ensuring operational functionality.
- Conduct road tests to verify and enhance the quality of repairs.
- Manage the operation of essential parts to streamline service efficiency.
- Travel to various locations as required and work remotely when necessary.
- Uphold high standards of quality and safety throughout all service activities.
