**Job Title: Youth Mentor**
The Youth Mentor offers therapeutic assistance to vulnerable youth and adults who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities, aiding them in addressing mental and behavioral health obstacles. This role involves demonstrating positive interpersonal skills, advocating for individuals within different systems, and fostering connections within the community. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be a minimum of 21 years old. Ideal applicants will have at least one year of experience working with children, teenagers, or individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
