Job description
The Field Supervisor will carry out quality assurance visits in clients’ homes to assist them and ensure that service standards are upheld. This role involves mentoring caregivers, addressing service-related issues, and recording observations to enhance service effectiveness. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of two years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, or human services. Additionally, a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and the capacity to pass background and drug tests are mandatory.
