**Job Title: Surgical Technologist**
The Surgical Technologist plays a crucial role in supporting both operative and invasive procedures by ensuring that sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment are properly prepared while maintaining a sterile environment. The role involves assisting the surgical team throughout procedures and guaranteeing patient safety through meticulous specimen management and strict adherence to aseptic protocols. An associate degree, vocational certification, or a military qualification in surgical technology is required, along with a current CST or TS-C certification. Additionally, candidates must hold a BLS certification and have a minimum of one year of experience in perioperative or operating room settings.
