**Job Title: Mold Technician**
The Mold Technician plays a crucial role in the creation, repair, and maintenance of molds utilized in the production of specialty fireplace products. This position involves contributions to mold development and design assistance, along with ensuring product quality through meticulous woodworking and assembly processes. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of experience in cabinet making, precision woodworking, or mold construction. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in operating woodworking machinery, reading blueprints, and performing basic mathematical calculations.
