Job Summary
The Filler Operator is an essential member of the production team, primarily responsible for setting up and managing filling machines to ensure optimal operation during the second shift. This role involves maintaining quality standards and adhering to safety regulations while producing high-quality products efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor filling equipment to ensure precision and quality during production runs.
- Adjust settings on machinery as needed to accommodate different product specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to detect and rectify any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
- Record production data accurately and participate in quality control measures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training is a plus.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a filling or packaging role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and under minimal supervision.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for machinery and equipment.
