Their responsibilities include aiding patients with payment arrangements and charity care options, as well as providing training for new team members. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma or its equivalent; however, a college degree is favored. Prior experience in a multifaceted office or healthcare environment is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, outstanding communication abilities, and the capacity to secure CMS-Certified Application Counselor certification are mandatory.
