**Fitness Manager**
The Fitness Manager plays a crucial role in boosting fitness revenue and profitability by guiding, training, and advancing a team of personal trainers and sales personnel. This position entails managing the club’s daily operations, focusing on client acquisition, maintaining session quality, and executing fitness programs to guarantee outstanding experiences for members. Applicants should possess robust sales and leadership expertise, complemented by a solid grasp of exercise science and fitness program design. A high school diploma or GED is essential, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree. Additionally, a nationally accredited personal training certification is required.
