Job description
The Fleet Readiness Coordinator is responsible for overseeing fleet-level visibility, forecasting readiness, and coordinating across functions to guarantee aircraft availability. This position implements recovery plans and keeps a centralized record of maintenance status and component availability. Applicants should possess a minimum of 7 years of background in aviation maintenance, operations, or supply chain coordination. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with enterprise reporting systems are essential, with preference given to candidates who have experience in rotorcraft or intricate maintenance settings.
