Job description
Job Summary
The Industrialization Engineer plays a vital role in optimizing and streamlining manufacturing processes, ensuring that production is efficient, cost-effective, and of high quality. Their primary focus is on implementing new technologies and processes to facilitate the seamless transition from product development to full-scale production.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvements in manufacturing processes.
- Design and implement manufacturing systems that enhance productivity and quality.
- Analyze production data to pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Support new product introductions by developing scalable production methods.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all engineering activities.
- Develop and maintain project documentation related to industrialization efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process engineering or industrialization in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
