Job Summary
The role involves gathering patient data, including vital signs and test results, while meticulously documenting medical findings. This position supports physicians during examinations and treatments, coordinating comprehensive care plans and offering assistance to patients and their families. The individual will also play a critical part in maintaining patient confidentiality and will contribute to the efficient operation of the clinic on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Collect and document patient information, vital signs, and test results.
- Assist physicians during examinations and treatment procedures.
- Coordinate and manage care plans for patients.
- Support both patients and their families throughout the care process.
- Safeguard patient confidentiality in all aspects of care.
- Contribute to the management of daily operations within the clinic.
Qualifications
- Completion of a recognized LPN or CMA program is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid Illinois LPN license or CMA certification.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- The candidate must take ownership of their professional practice and the duties assigned to them.
