Job Summary
The Flexo Machine Operator will be responsible for the setup, operation, and oversight of flexographic printing machines while ensuring high standards of product quality and adherence to operational metrics. This role demands leadership capabilities as the individual will guide team members and promote excellence in both customer service and production processes.
Responsibilities
- Set up and calibrate flexographic printing machines for optimal performance.
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure quality output throughout the production process.
- Lead and support team members to foster an efficient work environment.
- Evaluate and maintain compliance with plant performance metrics.
- Ensure that products are prepared for packaging, transportation, and display to meet customer expectations.
