Job Summary
The Flight Test Site Manager is tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operations related to flight-test activities at various remote sites. This role is pivotal in maintaining site readiness, managing personnel, and upholding safety and operational standards to ensure successful flight tests.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily flight-test operations at remote locations.
- Ensure the readiness of testing sites for ongoing and upcoming operations.
- Manage and supervise personnel involved in flight-test activities.
- Verify compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
- Handle complex operational challenges that arise in remote environments.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5-10+ years of experience in flight-testing, aviation, or military test operations.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage intricate operations in challenging environments.
