The Universal Banker acts as a primary liaison for customers, handling a variety of teller transactions in addition to managing accounts. This position requires flexibility to move among different branches to fulfill staffing requirements while emphasizing the development of customer relationships and delivering top-notch service. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a teller or cash handling role, along with six months of experience in customer relations or sales. Additionally, a high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary, and strong interpersonal and computer proficiency are essential.
