Job description
The Floor Technician plays a key role in the upkeep of floors within resident rooms and communal spaces by performing cleaning, buffing, and refinishing tasks. This position requires safe operation of floor care equipment. It is also essential to keep precise records of all activities and comply with infection control standards to maintain a clean environment. While a high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary, prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory. The job demands physical strength to lift weights of up to 50 pounds and the ability to execute repetitive duties while in proximity to cleaning supplies.
