Job description
**Food and Beverage Manager**
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of daily operations, encompassing food preparation, service standards, and the execution of banquet events. This role focuses on enhancing profitability through effective cost management, inventory oversight, and guiding a skilled team to provide outstanding guest experiences. Applicants should have at least 2 years of leadership experience in the food and beverage sector, along with necessary certifications like ServSafe and TIPS. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with a solid understanding of business practices and a proactive, guest-oriented leadership approach.
