**Job Title: Cook**
The cook is tasked with meal preparation within a long-term care setting, fostering a proactive and cooperative team dynamic. It is essential for them to show respect and professionalism towards fellow staff and to deliver compassionate care to the residents. Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in institutional food service as a cook and must have functional literacy skills. A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is desirable, though not mandatory.
