**Job Title: Food Service Director**
The Food Service Director is in charge of the dining operations at a long-term care facility, focusing on delivering exceptional food quality, adhering to safety protocols, and meeting regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring accurate operational documentation. Ideal candidates should possess an associate degree in food service management or hospitality, alongside a minimum of two years’ experience in food production and team leadership. Additionally, the selected individual will need to secure designated food safety and management certifications within the initial 60 days of employment.
