Job description
**Shift Lead**
The Shift Lead plays a key role in overseeing the operations of the convenience store’s food service, which encompasses food preparation, inventory management, and upholding cleanliness standards. This position involves supervising staff, managing customer transactions, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations. Applicants should be at least 18 years old, possess reliable transportation, and be capable of performing physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. A Food Handler’s Card or ServeSafe certification is mandatory, as well as fundamental mathematical and computer skills.
