**Heat Treat Technician**
The Heat Treat Technician plays a crucial role in the setup and operation of heat treatment machinery to deliver on-site services such as preheating and stress relieving. This position involves ensuring adherence to safety protocols, accurately documenting treatment parameters, and resolving equipment issues as they arise. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in heat treatment or industrial heating, along with a foundational understanding of metallurgy and welding. A high school diploma or GED is necessary for this role. Additionally, candidates must be willing to travel to various job locations and be prepared to work in challenging environmental conditions.
