**Forensic Underwriting Team Lead**
The Forensic Underwriting Team Lead oversees day-to-day activities and offers direction to a team of underwriters focused on addressing post-closing loan conditions. This position includes tracking performance metrics, providing training support, and working with management to effectively handle escalated investor objections. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of two years’ experience in a team leadership or senior position. A strong understanding of mortgage guidelines, regulatory requirements, and the capability to navigate investor conditions is crucial.
