Job description
The Personal Banker fosters strong customer relationships by engaging in proactive outreach and conducting insightful discussions to align clients with suitable banking solutions. Additionally, they carry out daily operational tasks within the branch, such as managing cash transactions, facilitating account openings, and processing credit applications while adhering to strict compliance regulations. Applicants should possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service roles or have equivalent training and education. This position requires the flexibility to work on Saturdays as well as the ability to secure SAFE registration.
