Responsibilities
- Operate in various production positions including packing, scaling, and grading on a moving conveyor belt.
- Ensure that line speeds are maintained efficiently during production.
- Conduct inspections of product quality to meet safety and quality standards.
- Work closely with the team to accomplish operational targets.
Qualifications
- Able to execute repetitive manual tasks effectively.
- Capable of lifting weights up to 55 pounds.
- Willingness to work in a cold, wet, and noisy environment.
- Preferred candidates will have experience in poultry or food processing settings.
