**Job Title: Front-End Operations Supervisor**
Support the department manager in managing front-end operations by supervising team members and ensuring that sales and profit objectives are achieved. Foster a safe and tidy environment while providing outstanding customer service and adhering to company policies. The role demands effective communication skills, the ability to navigate stressful situations, and basic mathematics capabilities. Previous experience in retail or customer service is necessary, with a preference for candidates who have management experience and a high school diploma.
