Job description
**VP of Clinical Development**
The Vice President of Clinical Development is responsible for offering strategic and scientific guidance for all clinical initiatives, beginning with first-in-human trials and continuing through to regulatory approval. This position manages clinical sciences, operations, and data management, while also promoting collaborative relationships across various functions to ensure high-quality and efficient clinical processes. Applicants should hold an advanced degree, such as a PharmD, MD, or PhD, and must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the clinical sector within the biotech or pharmaceutical fields. A proven track record in early clinical development and exceptional leadership skills are critical for success in this position.
