Job description
The Senior IT Engineer will be responsible for overseeing essential IT platforms, managing the infrastructure for enterprise AI, and spearheading technical initiatives across various teams. This role also includes delivering advanced technical support, mentoring junior team members, and advancing process enhancements via automation and GitOps methodologies. Applicants should possess extensive experience in IT as a system administrator or engineer within a SaaS-centric environment. Expertise in identity providers, MDM systems, AWS, and GitOps workflows is essential, along with strong analytical and communication abilities.
