**Job Title: Lead Clerk**
The Lead Clerk is responsible for offering daily assistance in the operations, policies, and procedures of the front-end department. This role includes overseeing personnel, merchandising, and inventory management while ensuring an exceptional level of customer service. Ideal candidates should have retail experience, particularly in customer service and front-end operations. Flexibility in schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays, is essential, along with strong communication and computer proficiency.
