**Job Title: Front End Lead**
The Front End Lead is responsible for supervising daily operations at the front end, providing guidance and support to team members, and maintaining high standards of member service when the Front End Manager is unavailable. Key responsibilities include promoting membership metrics, overseeing point of sale transactions, and ensuring the club is clean and organized. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in leadership, membership, sales, and cashier roles. Proficiency in basic math is required, along with the capability to handle physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds.
