**Front End Team Leader**
The Front End Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily operations at the front end, ensuring associate productivity, maintaining customer service excellence, and upholding store maintenance. This role includes managing payroll budgets, facilitating merchandising strategies, and playing a key role in the hiring and development of store staff. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting. Flexibility in scheduling is essential for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the candidate must be capable of handling physical requirements such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
