Job description
**Retail Front End Team Leader**
The Retail Front End Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily front-end activities, focusing on associate productivity, upholding customer service standards, and maintaining the overall store environment. This role includes managing payroll, supporting the implementation of merchandising strategies, and aiding in the recruitment and development of store associates. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or a comparable qualification and have a minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting. Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, along with the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
