**Retail Front End Team Leader**
The Retail Front End Team Leader is responsible for managing the daily operations at the front end of the store, focusing on associate performance, customer service excellence, and overall store upkeep. This role includes overseeing payroll management, assisting in merchandising activities, and ensuring adherence to safety and asset protection protocols. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience within a retail environment.
