**Retail Front End Team Leader**
The Retail Front End Team Leader is responsible for supervising the daily activities at the front end of the store, which encompasses monitoring associate performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. This position also involves managing payroll, supporting the execution of merchandising strategies, and aiding in the recruitment and training of store associates. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have between 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, with the expectation to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
