**Job Title: Retail Front End Team Leader**

This role also includes handling payroll, aiding in merchandising execution, and participating in the recruitment and training of store associates. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1–2 years of supervisory experience in retail. Flexibility in scheduling is required to accommodate evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as the capability to lift up to 50 pounds for various physical tasks.
