**Front End Team Leader**
The Front End Team Leader is responsible for supervising the daily operations at the store’s front end, which encompasses managing team performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining store cleanliness. This role plays a crucial part in achieving financial objectives, overseeing payroll processes, and facilitating the training and scheduling of store personnel. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and have a minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
