**Store Supervisor**
The Store Supervisor supports the management team in the daily operations of the retail establishment, which involves overseeing staff, achieving sales targets, and upholding the store’s visual standards. This role is pivotal in guaranteeing high-quality customer service and monitoring inventory levels when the Store Manager is unavailable. Applicants must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have a minimum of two years of experience in retail management or sales supervision. Additionally, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and the capability to lift at least 30 pounds are necessary.
