The Senior Sales Associate plays a key role in meeting personal sales targets while actively advocating for the Music & Arts lesson program. This position also entails overseeing store functions, such as merchandising, security, and fostering connections with local educational institutions and community groups. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED along with a minimum of 2 years of applicable experience. Furthermore, a strong understanding of musical instruments and written music is essential for candidates.
