**Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist**
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for monitoring the status of orders and returns while working closely with warehouses to guarantee prompt shipping and precise documentation. This role includes overseeing the LTL (Less Than Truckload) processes, managing freight carriers, and working with internal teams to address operational challenges. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of experience in a call center environment and in logistics coordination, with a focus on domestic LTL freight. Strong skills in email communication, order entry, and the capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic setting are essential.
