**Job Title: Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager supports the daily operations of the store, which encompasses customer service, inventory oversight, and supervising team members. This role includes ensuring the cleanliness of the store, executing corporate policies, and safeguarding the company’s assets. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in retail or grocery management and must be capable of handling physical duties, including lifting items weighing up to 55 lbs. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential for effectively guiding store associates and aiding in store operations.
