**Job Title: Assistant Store Manager**
The Assistant Store Manager oversees the daily operations of the store, coordinates employee schedules, and executes strategic plans to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, optimizing merchandising, and training staff to achieve corporate objectives. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of escalating experience in retail and must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with the physical capability to lift items weighing up to 45 pounds.
